Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Bot for its intended purposes within Discord.

2. Acceptable Use

• Sharing, distributing, or promoting illegal or copyrighted content without authorization
• Harassing, threatening, bullying, or discriminating against others
• Spamming commands or interactions that disrupt normal operation
• Attempting to exploit, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Bot
• Using automation, scripts, or self-bots to abuse or manipulate the Bot
• Sharing sensitive or confidential information without permission
• Violating Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

You must use the Bot respectfully and must not attempt to bypass safeguards, rate limits, or restrictions.

3. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Bot is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Bot, you acknowledge that limited data (such as user IDs, server IDs, and command usage) may be collected and used for functionality, moderation, and service improvement.

You should not use the Bot to transmit sensitive or private information.

4. Availability & Service

The Bot is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous uptime or availability
• Error-free operation
• That all features will function as expected

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Bot or any of its features at any time without notice.

5. Enforcement & Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

• Restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Bot
• Remove content or data associated with violations
• Apply rate limits or feature restrictions

Access may be revoked at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bot owner and operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Loss of access
• Service interruptions
• Damages resulting from misuse of the Bot

Your use of the Bot is at your own risk.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Bot owner and operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Bot
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights

8. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The Bot, including its code, features, branding, and functionality, is owned by its developer(s).

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Bot
• Resell or sublicense access to the Bot
• Use the Bot in a way that infringes on its intellectual property

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

9. Third-Party Services

The Bot may rely on or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for:

• Failures or downtime of external services
• Data handling practices of third parties
• Any loss or disruption caused by such services

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which the Bot operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
